Krenare Pireva Nuci was a speaker of the 2nd webinar which took place on FRI, NOV, 13th from 6-7pm with the main focus on Kosovo Education during the pandemics.
Krenare Pireva Nuci (UBT) and Albana Veseli (UP) lead the webinar related to the impact of COVID-19 situation in the learning process within the Higher Education Institutions in Kosovo. They gave an overview of the ad-hoc switching learning process, from in-campus classes into online classes, by sharing their experiences of the collaboration among students, professors and management perspective.
They also shared the struggles to adapt to this new model of teaching and learning, taking into consideration the lack of adequate network infrastructure within the universities when dealing with high number of concurrent students (having 20k students online in real time as part of online classes from all Faculties within the Universities) from one perspective, and the adaption of the content for online classes from the other perspective.
This seminar was offered to all Western-Balkan Alumni as part of Western-Balkan Alumni association event as lessons learned by sharing the complex situation in Kosovo Education System from: (i) individual initiatives to prevent learning process disruption and (ii) institutions efforts to collaborate at national level for the public good.
